The coffee incident happened at Bruegger's bagels a couple of weeks ago. I don't know exactly what had happened, I hadn't gotten my coffee yet obviously and was still a bit groggy. I believe the bottom at coffee cup caught something - the cookie basket perhaps - as she was handing it to me, and suddenly there's coffee all over the counter and the floor. I startle like a cat so I had hopped backwards, but I did get a bit of coffee on the coat. At least coffee's a pleasant smell. Also, my bagel was on the counter, it got soggy.

The some person who handed me the coffee cup rang me up today and notably put the coffee cup firmly on the counter. I think she remembers me.

I've had two warm Asiago Parmesan bagels in two days! Those are the best. There's hoping for three!
